Law

  • At all times comply with all relevant legislation, statutory and non-statutory requirements and official guidance.
  • Adhere to employment laws and relations and treat candidates without prejudice or discrimination.

Honesty and Transparency

  • To act honestly in all dealings with applicants, clients and others.
  • To not knowingly make any false of inaccurate statements, fail to disclose facts or make representation without reasonable grounds.
  • To adhere to principles of truth in advertising, and to only advertise when we have permission to recruit.
  • To fully disclose to clients prior to acceptance of assignment all fees, charges and services provided.
  • To document all stages of the recruitment process in line with relevant legislation and good practice guides.

Work Relationships

  • Not to undertake any actions that may jeopardise any candidate’s employment.
  • Not undertake any actions that may unfairly or unlawfully interfere in work relationships established by others.
  • Not attempt to unfairly or unlawfully prevent any candidate from seeking employment from other sources.

Professional Knowledge

  • To ensure that all staff are adequately trained and skilled to undertake their role.
  • To ensure that all staff work diligently to develop and maintain a high level of professional knowledge and continuing development.

Confidentiality and Privacy

  • To observe the highest principles of integrity, professionalism, equity and fair practice to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of candidates and client information.
  • To ensure that permission has been obtained and documented before disclosing, displaying, submitting or seeking confidential or personal information.
